Welcome to Collins Baseball Prep

My name is Cole Collins, and I've played baseball in Libertyville for over 13 years. I am currently a freshman attending and playing as an infielder at Babson College. This summer I will be playing for the Lombard Orioles in the Chicago Suburban Baseball League.  I have played all over the field for many years, from pitcher, outfielder, and now as an infielder, giving me a vast understanding of the game.

My philosophy is centered around developing your players’ skills while ensuring that they have fun. I feel that people learn best when they are engaged and having a good time, so I strive to create a positive and enjoyable environment for your players. I have a deep knowledge of the game and can break down the fundamentals in a way that is easy for kids to understand. I know that each child is unique and has their own learning style and pace, so lessons are tailored to each individual player to help them reach their full potential. Overall, my goal is to instill a love of the game in any player, while also helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
